Reentry Program: They Told Us to Be Creative. They Never Taught Us to Own It.

Promotional flyer for the Fantastic Media Group TV (FMG.TV) Second Chance Reentry Program featuring Carl Briggs, also known as "73 Live." The flyer shows Carl standing and kneeling beside his dog in front of a colorful Los Angeles skyline mural. It highlights Carl's achievement of completing six educational and vocational courses while incarcerated and now working with FMG.TV as part of the Second Chance Reentry Program. The flyer promotes career pathways in video production, video editing, podcast production, photography, graphic design, and other creative media fields, with the message: "Creating Opportunities. Building Careers. Changing Lives." The design features chrome-style typography and FMG.TV branding.

What if the greatest barrier facing returning citizens isn't a lack of talent—but a lack of opportunity to own what they create?

For generations, creative people have been celebrated for their gifts while too often being left out of the ownership, the decision-making, and the wealth their work helps create. The entertainment industry is filled with stories of talented people who built someone else's dream while never getting the chance to build their own.

At Fantastic Media Group TV FMG.TV, we believe it's time to change that.

Our vision has never been just to train people for jobs. We want to help people build careers, businesses, and legacies.

Every year, thousands of people return home from incarceration determined to start over. Many have spent their time earning vocational certifications, completing educational programs, and developing skills in media production, photography, audio engineering, graphic design, broadcasting, and filmmaking. They return with knowledge, discipline, and a desire to contribute.

Yet too many encounter the same obstacle: doors that remain closed.

We see something different.

We see creators.

We see entrepreneurs.

We see future production managers, studio owners, filmmakers, editors, directors, producers, and business leaders.

Creativity is a powerful gift, but creativity without ownership often leaves people building value that someone else controls.

That's why the FMG.TV Second Chance Reentry Program is about more than learning how to operate a camera or edit a video. Those skills matter—but they're only the beginning.

We want participants to understand how the industry works, how intellectual property creates long-term value, how businesses are built, how content is monetized, and how ownership changes everything.

When you own your work, you own your voice.

When you own your platform, you control your message.

When you own your business, you create opportunities not only for yourself, but for others.

Creative minds often see the world differently. That imagination can become frustration when there are no positive outlets or opportunities to grow. But when that same creativity is supported with mentorship, business knowledge, and real opportunities, it can become the foundation for a successful career and a lasting legacy.

That is the future we want to help build.

One of the people helping demonstrate what's possible is Carl Briggs, also known as "73 Live." While incarcerated, Carl completed six educational and vocational courses. Today, he is continuing to develop his skills with FMG.TV, proving that education, determination, and opportunity can come together to create a new path forward.

His story is one example of what can happen when preparation meets opportunity.

At Fantastic Media Group TV, we've always rooted for the underdog—not because they're guaranteed to win, but because everyone deserves the chance to compete.

The stories that inspire us most are rarely about people who had an easy path. They're about people who refused to let their past define their future.

We believe the next generation of creators shouldn't simply work in the entertainment industry.

They should help own it.

They should help shape it.

They should help lead it.

Because building a career is important.

Building ownership is transformational.

And creating opportunities for others—that's how legacies are made.

Fantastic Media Group TV (FMG.TV) isn't just investing in creative talent.

We're investing in creative ownership.

Because second chances shouldn't end with a paycheck.

They should begin with a future that someone can truly call their own.

Creating Opportunities. Building Careers. Inspiring Ownership. Changing Lives.
